1. Who provides Wellwinder
Wellwinder is provided by R-DEV Limited (“R-DEV”, “we”, “us” or “our”), Hakaru, New Zealand. By using the game or this website, you agree to these terms. Apple’s terms also apply when you download or use Wellwinder through an Apple platform.
2. Using the game and website
You may use Wellwinder for your personal entertainment and use this website to learn about the game. Please use both lawfully and do not copy, modify, redistribute, or try to extract the game’s source code or artwork, except where applicable law gives you that right.
No R-DEV account is required. Apple Account, Game Center, or iCloud access may be needed for Apple features such as purchases, leaderboards, achievements, or cloud saves.
3. Purchases
The current game may offer optional one-time digital purchases. It does not currently offer recurring subscriptions. The App Store shows available items and their prices, and Apple processes the transaction and manages purchase restoration. Apple’s purchase terms and refund process apply, alongside any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Apple services and availability
Some features rely on Apple services, including Game Center, iCloud/CloudKit, and StoreKit. Their availability depends on the device, account settings, network connection, and Apple’s services. Those services are provided under Apple’s own terms. Wellwinder can continue to change as we maintain or improve the game; we do not promise that every feature will always be available or uninterrupted.
5. Ownership
Wellwinder’s name, code, artwork, characters, music, and other game materials belong to R-DEV Limited or their respective licensors. These terms give you permission to use the game as described above; they do not transfer ownership to you.
6. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms removes or limits a consumer guarantee or other right that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law or the law where you live. To the extent the law permits, the website and game are provided for personal entertainment and information without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or free from every error. Any limit on R-DEV’s liability applies only to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the product changes. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. New Zealand law applies to these terms to the extent permitted, while mandatory consumer protections where you live continue to apply.
